The Ceremony was conducted by rabbi Alexander who specially for this event has brought a roll of Torah in the School.
Preparation for this event in 7-th and 8-th forms passed for two months.
During the preparation rabbi Alexander and the teacher of Jewish history and traditions Boris Slivkin told about Torah and tradition of Bar/Bat Mitzva ceremony. The students carried out homeworks, wrote own Divrey Torah.
Using during preparation unique opportunities of "Navigating the Bible" CD-ROM students read fragments from Torah in a Hebrew, looked interlinear translation into Russian.
