All teachers and students from 1st to 11th grades participated in the Project Day as well as teachers and students from city gymnasia # 56.

Representatives of boards of education, directors of studies of Jewish schools of Kharkov, Nizhni Novgorod and Minsk, and director of the ICC have visited the school on Project Day. The Project Day began from the dramatized representation on motives of popular histories about Harry Potter. Directors of studies of school #550 Grigory Vodopyan and Irina Lukina have acted in roles Dambldor and professors MakGonagall.

45 various project sections were organized such as, for instance, "Competition of robots", "Jewish theatre", " Film’s script "10 years of school", " Something very English ", " Biological shooting" and others.

Competition of projects in computer science was carried out. Director of Resource centre «ORT St. Petersburg» Marina Sorokina, teachers from City Gymnasia #56 and directors of studies of Jewish schools of Kharkov, Nizhni Novgorod and Minsk were the judges. The students from «Design studio» with the help of arrangement CAD-CAM created the main prize of Project Day – «Golden Pegasus».

The work of every section was finished with a Project Conference. The students who prepared the most interesting reports about their projects were rewarded with Golden Pegasus and other prizes.

In the end of the day the journalist section presented the most interesting events.
