Teachers from Jewish schools of Kazan, Samara, Kishinev, Dnepropetrovsk, Kiev, Minsk, Zaporojie, Riga, Saint-Petersburg were participating in the seminar.
The creation of the illustrated magazine "AESH" (The Almanac of Jewish schools) was the result of the seminar.
