Saint Petersburg cultural and public-service institutions, museums (Russian Museum, Hermitage), States consulates and representatives, State Committees and city districts administrations took part in the one-week exbition.
Marina Sorokina, the ORT-Gunzburg Centre Director, presented the "St. Petersburg Jewish Community. Three Centuries of History" computer album to Saint Petersburg Community. She told about the creation background, showed the computer album content. It was given the particular consideration to the city foundation, first Jewish people appearance in Saint Petersburg and ORT foundation album parts.
It's necessary to note, this year the ORT-Gunzburg Centre issued the special edition of the computer album devoted to the occasion of St. Petersburg's Tercentenary.
Besides, the Israel Cultural Centre (ICC) prepared the presentation to City Community - showed the most interesting web-projects created in the Centre. During this year the ICC web-studio developed the "Petersburg Necklace of Cultures" program devoted to Saint Petersburg anniversary. Within the program children created the web sites dedicated, for instance, to famous architects in the city, to Saint Petersburg sights, to City Rivers and Channels.
