2006		 The final round of the contest “The best ORT Teachers in CIS and Baltic States for 2005/2006 academic year” was carried out on the basis of the ORT de Gunzburg Resource Centre in Saint Petersburg and the School # 550 ("ORT-Gunzburg" project).
School science teachers from Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Vilnius (Lithuania), Kazan (Russia), Kishinev (Moldova), Moscow (Russia), Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine), Samara (Russia), and Saint Petersburg (Russia) were taking part in the final round of the contest.
This year Joel Rothschild, Head of Moshinsky Research and Development Center, ORT Israel, was invited to take part in the Contest Jury as an acknowledged expert in technological and science education.
Elena Srygina, the teacher of primary school of the School # 550, won the third place at the contest.
