Specially to meeting with UJC mission members Robert Singer, the World ORT Director General, Sonia Gomes, the Head of International Liaison Department, World ORT, Vladimir Dribinskiy, the Head of CIS, Baltic States and Eastern Europe Unit Liaison department, World ORT, Avi Ganon, the Director of World ORT Representative office for Russia, Belarus and Central Asia, have come to Saint Petersburg.
The school students have presented to the guests the multimedia and web projects devoted to the Jewish history, culture and traditions created on the IT school lessons, have told about "Havzeba" joint program for schools of the CIS and the Baltic states, supervised by the Ministry of Education of Israel, about their school activity, have acted with a concert.
In "Europe" Grand Hotel, where the mission members stayed, ORT de Gunzburg Centre has organized the Cyber Cafe, provided for all members of the mission during their Saint Petersburg visit free-of-charge round-the-clock Internet communication with their friends, colleagues and relatives all over the world.
