The seminar was arranged by ORT Technological Centre in Kazan for teachers of technology and informatics. Members from ORT schools and centers of CIS and Baltic States: Moscow, Kiev, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Kishinev, Harkov, Minsk, Riga, St. Petersburg participated in this seminar.

The ORT-Petersburg Centre and the school #550 was presented by G.Vodopian, who guided one of the section on the seminar, and also by O.Tuzova, D.Ushakov, V.Terekhov, who came out with the reports.
